Admission Procedure

Age at the time of admission

  • CHILDERN who have completed 3 years as on 31st march 2025 are eligible for admission to class Nursery
  • CHILDERN who have completed 5 1/2 years as on 31st march 2025 are eligible for admission to class I
  • Upper age limit in 6 years corresponding age limits are applicable for all classes

Registration

  • Prospectus and Registration and Admission forms can be obtained for admission to the school office on cash payment of Rs 600/-
  • It should be duly filled in the submitted, with the required documents and certificates as mentioned in the form, by stipulated date. Incomplete application may be rejected
  • The registered candidates will be called for an admission test/interview

Test/Interview

  • Admission are done purely on the basis of written test, counselling and also according to the availability of seats in each class from Std I to class IX and Class XI
  • For admission to different classes, tests are conducted of the standard of the class passed
  • There is no written test for admission up to std I ; however, children are required to appear for physical verification /counselling. It is essential for both the parents to accompany the child. Overall growth observation, self reliance are the main considerations for admission

Admission

  • Admission will be made strictly on the basis of seats available in the respective class
  • Fees have to be deposited within seven days of selection, failing in which the seat will be class allotted to the next waitlisted candidate

Documents required at the time of admission

  • Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation/Affidavit from Executive Magistrate (Temporary)
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) of previous school (as per CBSE By-laws) – to be submitted before start of the new session 2025-26
  • Passport size colour photos – 5 pcs
  • Postcard size Family Photo (Student with Mother & Father)
  • Progress Report Card of previous class of previous school – copy to be submitted before the start of the session
  • Immunization certificate as per CBSE Bylaws – to be submitted before the start of the new session

Note

  • At the time of admission, if any of the above documents is missing, admission will be granted only on provisional basis. In such cases, parents will have to submit the missing documents within one month. Parents who fail to fulfill the above documentary requirements within the time frame, their ward’s name may be struck off from the admission register. No refund will be made under such circumstances
  • Parents/Guardians who fail to take admission as per the deadline, their wards admission may be refused and the seat may be allotted to the next waiting list candidate
  • The presence of parents/guardians of the students at the time of admission will be necessary

Withdrawals

School authorites may ask, without prior notice to the parents, to withdraw the child from the school on any of the following grounds:-

  • Those students whose conduct in the opinion of the PRINCIPAL is harmful to the interested of the school
  • If the student does not come to school in uniform
  • In case the student is suffering from any infectious disease
  • On undisciplined (rough) behaviour done by the student or his/her guardian with any member of school family or students
  • In case of disobedience of conditions, imposed by the school by the student or his /her guardians
