Fee Terms & Conditions (Session:2026-2027)

  • It is necessary to make advance payment of the fee from dated 1st to 10th of every month. Defaulter’s fine of Rs.25/- for the whole month will be charged. From next month onwards a fine of Rs. 2/- per day will be added to Rs. 25/- If fee is not being paid for two consecutive months, the name of the students will be stuck off from the roll. A re-admission charge of Rs. 500/- will be charged, if the student gets readmission in addition to the fine amount
  • The transport fee and vocational fees will be paid by the parents/guardians monthly along with tuition fee
  • Even though a student remains absent for a long time, his/her fees will be charged even for the absent period
  • There will be no reduction on any kind of fees on account of holiday’s vacations or any period of the absence of pupils
  • Guardians are requested to pay the fee on fixed date and obtain payment receipt from the office counter
  • All payment to the school can be made in cash, The school has also provided facility for online payment (via school website : www.patnadps.com). Debit card and credit card of all banks are also accepted
